Google Sheets & Docs on the fly: open by link, read, edit.
Uses
What it does
Works with Google Sheets & Docs straight from chat — as you, so it sees and edits any of your files. Paste a link → it reads, changes cells, appends rows, inserts and replaces text, formats; or builds a sheet/doc from scratch. Shared docs too: it reads anything you can access, comments and edits where the owner allows — and picks up project context so you can discuss an incoming spec right away.
How to use
- 1Paste a Sheets/Docs link — or “create a spreadsheet/doc with …”.
- 2It reads and shows what it sees (read-before-write).
- 3Makes surgical edits: cells, rows, text, formatting.
- 4All via your Google account; keys live in 1Password, nothing leaks to chat.
When it triggers
Example
open this google sheet and put new prices in column C — it reads, shows, updates the right cells on the right tab.
