What it does

A sibling of plan-panel, but the input is implemented changes (a git diff). It stabilizes the code (typecheck / lint / build / test + auto-fix that fixes the cause, never suppresses), then runs a multi-role review over the diff. The judge returns SHIP / FIX-FIRST / NEEDS-WORK.

How to use

  1. 1Say “stabilize and review” or /finalize.
  2. 2Snapshots the diff, runs gates, fixes the root cause.
  3. 3The panel reviews the changes by role.
  4. 4Verdict: SHIP / FIX-FIRST / NEEDS-WORK. The commit is yours.
